This notice covers PropertyRiskIQ: the marketing website you are reading and the underwriting application behind it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so it is short and specific.

What we collect from this website

If you submit the demo request form we collect the name, work email, company, and optionally the role, organisation type and notes that you type into it. We also record the page you submitted from and your browser user agent, which help us understand which page prompted the request.

We use that information to arrange and prepare a walkthrough, and for nothing else. It is not added to a marketing list, not enriched against a third party data provider, and not sold or shared for advertising.

What we collect in the application

When a user runs a property lookup we record the address queried, the account that ran it, and the responses returned by our data providers. Those provider responses are retained against the analysis so that a figure on a property file can be traced back to the source that produced it. That retention is the point of the product.

Provider responses about a property may include information about the people connected to it, such as an owner name or mortgage details, where the licensed source carries it. We do not collect that information directly, we do not use it for any purpose other than displaying the property file to the account that requested it, and we do not combine it with data from other lookups to build profiles of individuals.

What we do not collect

• Your policy administration data or in force book
• Claims or loss history
• Your rates, rating factors or pricing models
• Applicant personal data beyond the address being looked up
• Payment card details, which we never handle directly

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party advertising or cross site tracking. The application sets a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. If we add product analytics later, this notice will be updated before that happens and the change will be reflected in the date above.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Vercel, for hosting the website and application
• ATTOM Data Solutions and Google, which receive the property address in order to return data about it

A current subprocessor list is provided on request during a design partner engagement.

How long we keep things

Demo requests are kept for as long as the conversation is live and deleted within twelve months if it does not lead anywhere. Lookup records and retained provider responses are kept for the life of the account, because their value is that they remain available when a decision is questioned later. On account closure they are deleted within thirty days unless you ask us to export them first.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy. Write to hello@propertyriskiq.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for anything that affects data we already hold, contact affected accounts directly.
