Pricing
No published prices yet, and here is exactly why
PropertyRiskIQ is running as a working product with live data sources and is onboarding a small number of design partners. Pricing is agreed per engagement until real volume tells us what a property actually costs to assemble.
The model
How pricing will work when it is published
Per property
A fee per lookup, covering the metered commercial calls behind it: the licensed parcel and valuation data, and the mapping and places APIs. This is the component that scales with your volume.
Platform
A flat fee for the workspace: the case queue, the retained provider responses, the property file history and the provider monitoring. Priced per seat or per team.
Public data
FEMA flood and the USDA Forest Service wildfire raster are public datasets that cost nothing to query. They will not carry a markup, because charging for free federal data would be indefensible.
What you get
As a design partner
- Full access to the platform for your underwriting team
- Direct line to whoever is building it, not a support queue
- Your requirements shape what gets built next, in the order you need it
- Pricing locked at the design partner rate when the program ends
- An honest view of what is not connected yet, before you commit
What we ask
In return
- Real addresses from the business you actually write
- A standing half hour every couple of weeks
- Blunt feedback about which fields you use and which you skip
- Permission to fix the product against what you tell us
We do not ask for your book, your loss history, your rates or your submission data, and we do not want them. The product is built so that it never needs them.
Questions
About pricing
- Why is there no price on this page?
- Because we would be making it up. The cost base is a mix of per-lookup commercial data calls and a platform fee, and until design partners have run enough real volume we do not have an honest per-property cost to price against. Publishing a number now would mean changing it later, which is worse than not publishing one.
- How will pricing be structured?
- Two components. A per-property fee covering the metered commercial data calls behind a lookup, and a flat platform fee per seat or per team. The public datasets, FEMA flood and the USDA wildfire raster, cost nothing to query and will not be marked up.
- What does a design partner pay during the program?
- A design partner engagement is scoped and priced per engagement, agreed in writing before anything starts, and is intended to cover data costs rather than to be a revenue line. We would rather have the right five users than the wrong fifty.
- What do you ask from a design partner?
- Real addresses, honest reactions, and a standing half hour every couple of weeks. Specifically: which fields you actually use, which ones you ignore, and where the file was wrong. Nothing about your book, your loss history or your pricing is requested or wanted.
- Is there a free trial?
- There is a working session where we run your addresses in front of you, and a sample file published on this site that you can read without talking to anyone. Self-serve trials will follow once pricing is settled.
